In short, a mold is a tool for forming an article, and the tool is composed of various parts, and different molds are composed of different parts. It mainly realizes the processing of the shape of the article by changing the physical state of the formed material. This special tool is collectively referred to as a mold.
Second, the definition and development of stamping die
China's archaeological discovery, as early as more than 2,000 years ago, China's existing stamping dies were used to manufacture bronzes, which proved that the achievements of ancient Chinese stamping and stamping dies were leading in the world. Compared with the traditional die-cutting process
The traditional die-cutting method is drawn with a pencil or a ballpoint pen on the knife template, and then sawn by a sawing saw, and a misalignment occurs during the moving process, which causes an error; the processing speed is slow;
After using the laser cutting machine, the drawing design can be directly carried out on the computer. The knife template is fully automated and cut by the laser cutting machine without manual intervention. The error is small and the speed is fast. Single-step mold In the one stroke of the press, only one mold for the stamping process is completed.
Composite mold There is only one station, in the first stroke of the press, two or more stamping processes are completed simultaneously at the same station.
The progressive die press adopts the strip-shaped stamping raw material in one press stroke, and simultaneously completes the cold stamping die of multiple stamping processes on several pairs of molds on one pair of molds. Move once to the completion of the product.
In the multi-station die, the material strip always moves in one direction during the stamping process; the inner strip of the mold is cut into two or more directions and is called the progressive die; the feeding of the strip in the mold is called the automatic continuous die. The ordinary laser cutter has a hardness of 39HRC and a blade hardness of 57HRC. If the die is hard-cut, it needs to use a blade with a hardness of 47HRC and a blade hardness of 59HRC. The smaller the blade angle, the greater the blade hardness, the better the wear resistance.

If there is a problem with the die, the machine personnel must report the boss immediately and indicate where the die problem is indicated on the die.

Molding and demoulding
