1 Is the cutting effect not good or not worn?
The power setting is too small, the potentiometer is small, the light is polarized, the lens is dirty, the focusing lens is reversed, the focal length, the laser power supply, the laser tube power attenuation, the water temperature is too high, the voltage is unstable, etc., according to the actual situation, it is as simple as possible.
2 Can't connect to the device?
Whether to install the board driver, whether the USB cable or network cable is plugged in, the USB cable or network cable is bad, the adapter board is bad, the board is, etc.
3 Turn back to the original point and move in the opposite direction?

6 High-voltage line fire?

16 Glass tube does not emit light?
The light control of the glass tube mainly includes a laser tube, a laser power source, a water circulation system and an light output signal, and the light output signal includes a PWM light output signal given by the board, a water protection signal, a door switch signal, and the like. Therefore, the laser tube does not emit light mainly from the laser tube laser power water circulation system and the light output signal. Generally, firstly, whether the laser power supply is normally energized, whether the outer tube of the laser tube is abnormal, whether the water circulation system is normal, if not normal Make the appropriate replacement or adjustment. In the normal situation of the above aspects, the optical signal problem should be considered. Generally, the short-circuit signal (short-circuit laser power supply current 5v and AIN short-circuit water protection P and GND with lock-free switch control L and GND) is used. Test laser tubes and laser power supplies. If this method can emit light normally, it means that the laser tube laser power supply has no fault, and it is a signal problem of water protection switch, relay, door switch, board pwm signal, etc., and can be eliminated in order. If this method does not emit light, it is a problem of laser tube or laser power supply, and it can be solved by the replacement method in case of bad judgment.
17 RF laser tube does not emit light?
In the case that the waterway unobstructed laser power supply is normally started, it is first tested whether the laser power supply DC 48v is normal; the conduction of the 4 pin and the 13 pin of the 25-pin plug of the laser tube can be turned on to indicate that the water protection signal is normal, and the water protection cannot be turned on; The voltage conditions of the 7-pin and 20-pin are not pre-adjusted or the DC voltage is about 4 to 5V at the beginning, and the normal signal (low-level conduction) is pre-adjusted or started at around 1 to 3v. If the water, power supply and these two signals are normal, it can be judged that the laser tube is faulty. If the signal is not normal, it indicates a board problem or a circuit problem.
18 After the replacement of the RF laser tube, the laser tube connection error is displayed?
In the connector (internal line is not desoldered short circuit), the power line (left and right negative and negative poles are connected with the ground wire), the water connection is normal. The feed length of the feeder is generally the photoelectric switch is bad or the light sensitivity of the photoelectric switch is not adjustable. The sensitivity of the photoelectric switch of the feeder is adjustable. When the upper and lower switches are connected at the same time, the feeder starts to work when the light sensitivity is too high. When sensitive, even if there is cutting material blocking, it will be inductive, so it will be long. At this time, adjust the sensitivity adjustment knob of the photoelectric switch wiring to adjust the light of the photoelectric switch when the material is blocked.
21 Is the galvanometer machine too thick?
The light intensity is not enough. The light path of the basic light path and the over-expanded beam is well adjusted. When the dynamic focus is well adjusted, the spot is still relatively thick. The specific manifestation of such failures on the equipment is generally

Whether the DC switching power supply of 48v or 42v is working properly. The power supply voltage is insufficient or unstable. First, the motor should first observe whether the rotation of the motor itself is smooth when the motor line is disconnected from the driver. If the motor rotates differently, it can be directly judged as the motor failure. If the motor itself is running normally, measure the motor coil. For the six-wire motor, AC, A+, A- are a group of coils ac and a+ a- respectively turn on bc b+ b- as a group of coils, conduction If the conduction is not normal, it can be directly judged as a motor failure. For the stepping driver of Baishan and YAKO, if the DC power supply is normal and the motor line is disconnected, if the indicator light of the driver is not bright, the driver is directly judged to be faulty. Can not be directly judged can be tested by the replacement method; in such failures, the motor line failure is a small probability failure, and the motor and the drive are excluded. To consider the case where the motor wires, a short-circuit and detecting whether the open-circuit, with a multimeter detailed investigation of the measurements can be off.
